Dr. Melisa Holmes

MD, CEO of Girlology®

Dr. Melisa Holmes, MD, FACOG, is the co-founder and CEO of Girlology®, a board-certified Ob-Gyn, and a nationally recognized health educator with over 25 years of experience in pediatric and adolescent gynecology. She co-founded the Period Education Project, a nonprofit that trains medical students to provide menstrual health education in underserved communities. A passionate advocate for patient education, Dr. Holmes has received national recognition from the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists. She has authored youth-focused books on puberty and sexual development and collaborated with brands like Always, Tampax, and CVS Health to create health-focused content.
