Before finding her way our integrative Health & Performance team at Canyon Ranch in Tucson, Arizona, Amey worked in private practice as an Energy Medicine Practitioner and Holistic Health Mentor. She has also worked as a post-doc at Bradley University where she taught biology and plant ecology courses.

While she can treat a variety of issues, Amey’s specialties in Chinese and Energy medicines focus on allergies and sensitives, and techniques for fostering well-being. She loves hearing from guests who benefited from their acupuncture treatments.

When not at the Ranch, Amey can usually be found spending time with her husband and two daughters on their hobby farm. In her downtime, she likes to hike in the desert, read, and write. Her words of advice? “Keep it super simple! Check in every day with how you feel. If you don't feel as well as you want, make a small shift to feel better.”
